There were some issues with their suppliers (a faulty door motor they had to send a replacement for and some trim for around the doors was originally sent in the wrong colour) which, although not their fault they offered a free service at 12 months as a goodwill gesture. They have been good to their word and been out to service today, so I think that warrants a hearty recommendation. All firms are good firms when everything goes to plan.
